Hi! I’m Maud :)

I’m a Latina, cis female, born in Nicaragua and identify as queer. I’m quite the eclectic entrepreneur and beauty/psychotherapist. My educational background is in the area of aesthetics and permanent makeup. I’m also Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, with a Masters in Social Work, BA in Social Work & Psychology, as well as a college diploma in the Assaulted Women and Children’s Counsellor/Advocate program.

I believe that our well-being, just as our identities, do not fit into a box. We are ever changing and transitioning into different stages and stresses of life. I believe in a holistic approach to self-care and healing, which has proven by research to benefit our overall health, and improve mental/emotional wellness.
